Autonomous and team-based work Pilaris seeks a versatile professional to collaborate on construction projects and services in the Lisbon and South Bank areas, under a service provision arrangement. Main Tasks: * Interior and exterior painting; * Wall repairs, plastering, and application of fillers; * Installation of flooring and cladding; * Plumbing and minor repairs; * Renovations of kitchens and bathrooms; * Other general civil construction services. Requirements: * Proven experience in construction projects; * Ability to work autonomously; * Responsibility, punctuality, and attention to finishing details; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Driver's license is an advantage; * Immediate availability. Collaboration Terms: Service provision per project or on a daily basis, with issuance of receipt or invoice. This opportunity does not include an employment contract. Compensation to be negotiated based on experience and type of service.
