Positive work environment Vertente Humana, a recruitment and selection company specializing in temporary staffing, training, and outsourcing, currently experiencing significant growth within its sector and operating in the field of comprehensive human resource management, is recruiting a Junior Construction Site Manager (m/f) for a prestigious client company in Alenquer. Responsibilities: The main responsibilities of this professional will include: - Analysis of the project, specifications, construction work plan, and collaboration in determining the sequence of various construction phases, as well as their budgeting; - Guidance of work execution with inherent cost control. Working Hours: 08:00 - 12:00 / 13:00 - 17:00 (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday) Work location is non-fixed, including construction sites (nationwide) or the company's headquarters. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Master’s degree; - Professional experience (no experience or up to 2–3 years); - Willingness to travel nationally and internationally; - Flexible working hours; - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team; - High level of responsibility, dynamism, proactivity, and motivation; - Adaptability and strong communication skills; - Spanish language proficiency (spoken and written) is an advantage; - Valid driver’s license; - Ability to commute to the company’s headquarters in Alenquer/Casais Novos. Conditions: - Fixed-term employment contract for 6 months: direct with the client; - Base salary + meal allowance; - Positive work environment.
