We value innovation, sustainability, and the continuous development of our employees. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, execute, and supervise all maintenance department activities, ensuring optimal and safe operation of hotel facilities and equipment. * Lead, motivate, and support the technical team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment while ensuring tasks and objectives are met. * Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans, minimizing equipment downtime and optimizing operational costs. * Manage the maintenance department budget, controlling expenses, negotiating with suppliers, and continuously seeking efficiencies. * Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, health, and environmental standards governing hotel operations. * Supervise inventory management of maintenance parts and materials, ensuring timely availability for required interventions. * Monitor team and equipment performance, implementing continuous improvements and innovative solutions. * Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to respond effectively to any maintenance needs. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. * Minimum of **4 years of proven experience** in leadership roles within **maintenance**, preferably in the hospitality sector or large-scale facilities. * In-depth technical knowledge across various maintenance disciplines (electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, civil construction, etc.). * Demonstrated leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Solid knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office suite. * Results-oriented, proactive, and highly responsible. * Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory), English preferred. **We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a growing international hotel company. * Dynamic and challenging work environment. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training. * Competitive salary and attractive benefits package.
