Integration into a dedicated team focused on excellence Job Details: A Portuguese factory specializing in the production of custom doors made from solid wood, emphasizing distinctive design, high precision, and exceptional finishing. We handle high-end customized projects, combining artisanal tradition with modern technology. We seek an experienced carpenter with advanced technical knowledge of solid wood and proven experience managing production teams. The professional will be responsible for both component fabrication and the coordination and supervision of a production team. We seek someone proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, capable of working under pressure while maintaining the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: Manufacturing, assembly, and finishing of custom doors made from solid wood; Reading and interpreting technical drawings and instructions; Technical management and guidance of production teams; Task allocation, quality control, and deadline monitoring; Effective communication with other departments such as design, finishing, and logistics; Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in high-end carpentry/cabinetmaking; Proven ability to manage technical teams; Solid knowledge of solid hardwood and custom construction techniques; Fluent English (technical comprehension and oral communication); Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines; Meticulous attention to detail and finishing. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge and experience with CNC machinery applied to cabinetmaking; Previous experience in luxury door or furniture production; Ability to read technical files and operate digital equipment; Proactivity, organization, and autonomy.
