We are seeking a Junior Product Designer to join our team at our Saldanha offices. What will your day-to-day look like at Glintt Global? * Create high-fidelity prototypes (Desktop and Tablet) based on macro-specifications defined by the Product team; * Translate requirements into clear, consistent, implementable, and scalable user flows and screens; * Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the Design System; * Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment and delivery quality; * Iterate rapidly based on feedback while maintaining attention to detail and consistency; * Stay updated on best practices, trends, and UX\&UI tools. What do we think you need? * 1–3 years of experience; * Bachelor’s degree in Design, UX \& UI or equivalent; * Knowledge of fundamental user-centered design and usability principles; * Familiarity with Design Systems; * Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD; * Strong communication skills; * Ability to execute, organize, and maintain consistency in work; * Experience working with agile methodologies (preferred); * Openness to feedback: receiving, integrating, and proactively seeking feedback when needed; * Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative, continuously improving environment; * Interest in digital solutions in the healthcare domain.
