Responsibilities * Analysis of maintenance proposals, budgets, and projects; * Planning, management, and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance; * Guidance, organization, and monitoring of planning processes, as well as execution of procurement procedures; * Planning of conservation and repair activities in stores; * Sustainable and efficient management of all installed equipment; * Contract management (national and international); * Supplier and service provider research; * Preparation of comparative analysis reports; * Cost management. Requirements * Technical course in Electrical Installations and Industrial Maintenance, or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering; * Professional knowledge and experience exceeding 3 years in maintenance management, preferably in retail or large-scale distribution; * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills; * English proficiency (spoken and written); * Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, DWF, or DWG; * Strong communication skills; * High level of organizational ability; * Sense of responsibility, proactivity, and resilience; * Initiative and dynamism.
