Job Summary: The professional will identify equipment needs, analyze proposals, monitor purchase orders, and implement construction and renovation projects for stores. Key Highlights: 1. Role * Identification of equipment needs (furniture, commercial refrigeration, technical equipment, etc.); * Analysis of proposals, contractual framing, and negotiation; * Issuance and monitoring of purchase orders, ensuring deliveries within the construction schedule; * Stock and purchase order control; * Implementation of construction department projects; * Ordering materials for new store construction or existing store renovation; * Store assembly and layout implementation. Profile * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Management, or Engineering; * Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the required role; * Professional experience with AutoCAD and MS Project; * Experience in project management; * Good command of English (written and spoken); * Strong organizational skills; * Dynamism and proactivity; * Sense of responsibility; * Willingness to travel nationwide.
