We foster an inclusive environment and a family-oriented culture among teams, which reflects in how we care for our customers. **How will you make a difference?** * Develop technical analyses and opinions to support the company’s strategic decisions, aiming to proactively identify business challenges, risks, and opportunities; * Design, monitor, and coordinate central and cross-functional Strategic Planning projects across CUF (e.g., analysis of organic and geographic growth scenarios, assessment of M&A alternatives and operational efficiency, etc.), ensuring development of the Strategic Plan for presentation to the Executive Committee (CE) or other forums (including systematic analysis and consolidation of all information required for decision-making); * Monitor national and international competition and movements in the healthcare market, pursuing continuous improvement of processes and procedures within your area of responsibility by proposing and implementing new projects, initiatives, and approaches that contribute to CUF’s development through identification and analysis of trends, innovations, and best practices; * Provide support for specific requests from the JdM holding regarding strategic and financial projects; * Manage the company’s Strategic Projects portfolio in coordination with the company’s various functional areas. **What do you need to succeed in this role?** * Completed higher education in relevant fields or equivalent in Portugal, notably in Management, Economics or related disciplines (mandatory); * 3–5 years of experience in similar roles (preferred); * Proficiency in English (preferred); * Strong analytical and data-processing skills; * Experience using data analysis tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.); * Knowledge of the healthcare sector and business operations (preferred); * Ability to participate in or contribute to senior management forums. **How do we care for you?** * Direct employment contract with CUF; * Integration into a solid, innovative, and growing company; * Initial and ongoing training through the CUF Training Academy; * Recognition and development of our people through professional growth and advancement; * Preventive health and well-being initiatives; * Family-friendly employer, recognizing the importance of balancing professional, personal, and family life, with benefits designed accordingly. **At CUF, we recognize the effort and commitment of our teams and therefore continuously improve well-being and working conditions to enhance your impact in this role.** **We value diversity and inclusion.
