For more information, please visit HAVI.com. **We are hiring a** **Field Operations Specialist** **for our office in Azambuja** **About the Role:** Ensure field-based operational oversight, guaranteeing adherence to defined procedures, process efficiency, service quality, and identification of continuous improvement opportunities with clients and operational teams. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct regular visits to Restaurants for operational oversight; * Evaluate operational processes, work methods, and resource utilization; * Verify compliance with operational standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements; * Monitor time metrics, productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs); * Identify deviations, operational risks, and continuous improvement opportunities; * Propose and support implementation of corrective and preventive actions; * Support and clarify operational teams and clients regarding procedures; * Serve as the liaison point between Restaurants and internal departments (Warehouse, Transportation, ROP, and Customer Service); * Prepare visit reports and incident logs, ensuring clear and structured information; * Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and operational best practices. **Technical and Academic Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Management, Transport and Logistics Management, Engineering, or related fields; * Professional experience in operational roles, field service, operational auditing, or process improvement is highly valued; * Knowledge of logistics processes, Restaurant operations, or industrial/retail environments; * Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office, reporting systems, Power BI, Power Apps, and mobile applications); * Valid driver’s license; * Willingness to travel frequently across mainland Portugal and the islands. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Strong sense of responsibility and autonomy; * Analytical ability and problem-solving orientation; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Results-driven mindset and commitment to continuous improvement; * Organizational, planning, and priority management capabilities; * Adaptability to dynamic environments and fieldwork. **Additional Requirements:** * Familiarity with food safety and quality standards; * Proficiency in English (spoken and written); * Proficiency in Paragon routing and scheduling software **What We Offer** * Integration into a strong team; * Opportunity for professional development within a growing company; * Stable work environment with focus on continuous improvement. * Competitive salary package aligned with demonstrated experience and current employee benefits * Meal allowance via card * Life and Health Insurance (extendable to family members under favorable conditions) * Telus Health Program (psychological counseling and support, legal and tax advisory services, social assistance consulting) * Curative medical consultations and health & wellness plan * Complimentary hot/cold beverages and fruit **Apply now and join our team!** We look forward to receiving your application.
