Responsibilities: Support the improvement and implementation of internal control processes and systems; Monitoring and validation of supplier invoices; Preparation and recording of analytical entries; Preparation of financial reports; Preparation and analysis of project reports; Recording, administrative processing, and classification of employee expenses (NDF and credit cards); Billing customers; Preparation and submission of official reports to external entities; Support to the accounting department. Availability: ASAP ### **Candidate Profile** Qualifications: Academic background in Accounting and Administration; Knowledge of taxation; Experience or knowledge in management control; Computer literacy from an end-user perspective; Professional experience in a similar role; Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; Analytical mindset with attention to detail; Fluency in Portuguese and English; Advanced Excel skills; SAP knowledge.
