Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with strong experience in ISPF, JCL, file management, and scheduling, capable of analyzing and resolving complex incidents and fluent in English and French. Key Highlights: 1. Strong experience in ISPF, JCL, and file management. 2. Ability to analyze and resolve complex incidents. 3. Fluency in English and French. What We Are Looking For: * Strong experience with ISPF and file management; * Solid experience with JCL, including analysis of complex JCL (e.g., sorting parameters); * Experience in file manipulation and management; * Knowledge and experience in creating and managing GDG bases; * Experience with TWS (Tivoli Workload Scheduler); * Knowledge of scheduling concepts and workload planning; * Knowledge of EGEN; * Experience with Control-M and mixed scheduling environments; * Knowledge of CFT / Connect:Express; * Ability to analyze and resolve complex incidents; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; * Fluency in English and French.
