Job Summary: We are seeking an SAP Test Manager to lead test teams in international contexts, with a focus on system implementation and maintenance within multinational environments. Involvement in system implementation and maintenance We are recruiting an **SAP Test Manager** (m/f) to strengthen our team in Portugal, with the possibility of remote work. **What we are looking for:** * Master's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or Technical Sciences; * Over 8 years of experience in multinational environments, including involvement in system implementation and maintenance; * Over 5 years of experience in testing and with SAP; * Over 2 years of experience leading test teams in international contexts; * ISTQB certification: Foundation level mandatory or Test Manager (preferred); * Knowledge of testing processes, ALM Quality Center tools, SAP Solution Manager, and test automation methodologies; * Solid knowledge of SAP and SAP SuccessFactors; * Fluent English (mandatory). **What we offer:** * Flexible working arrangements (remote); * Regular follow-up plan; * Participation in innovative, internationally scaled technology projects; * Competitive remuneration aligned with demonstrated experience, health insurance, and life insurance; * Birthday day off and referral bonus.
