Manage a shift at Domino's, leading the team, ensuring delivery quality and speed, and autonomously managing daily operations.
Key Highlights:
1. Visible career progression and certified training (Domino's Academy)
2. Health insurance, flexible working hours, and transparent bonus schemes
3. Structured onboarding and a people-first culture
#### **Your Responsibilities**
Managing a shift at Domino's means running a miniature business. In every shift, you are accountable for the product, the team, and the results — with real autonomy and support from a global network.
* Lead the in-store team and ensure quality and speed on every delivery
* Manage stock, orders, restocking, and operational organization of the shift
* Calmly resolve unexpected situations and close the shift with all metrics in the green
* Welcome and onboard new colleagues — your team starts with you
* Support the Store Manager in coordinating and motivating the team
#### **Your Profile**
You have experience in food service — preferably quick-service — and have led people before, even informally. You know a great shift starts before the store opens. Intense service pressure doesn’t block you — it energizes you.
* Prior experience in food service or grocery retail (QSR preferred)
* Leadership ability and clear communication with diverse teams
* Availability for rotating shifts and weekends
* Results orientation and operational KPI management
* Delivery management experience is a plus
