The role has a cross-functional nature, combining technical, managerial, and commercial aspects, with a focus on strategic project management in industrial lubrication and particular emphasis on the relationship with Petrogal. **Responsibilities:** Manage industrial lubrication projects, focusing on strategic clients; Act as the liaison between company management and ongoing contracts; Coordinate multidisciplinary teams; Develop lubrication-related projects in partnership with intermediary and end customers; Provide technical and commercial support to customers; Identify opportunities for improvement and business development. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in the field — mandatory requirement; Experience in industrial and/or energy-related environments; Valid driver’s license — mandatory requirement; Advanced or fluent English proficiency; Strong management and organizational skills; Leadership and teamwork competencies; Good communication skills and customer orientation; Analytical and problem-solving abilities; Dynamic, proactive profile with commercial vision. **Preferred Qualifications:** Project management experience; Knowledge of industrial lubrication; Advanced knowledge of Spanish and French. **Offer:** Competitive remuneration aligned with demonstrated experience; Company vehicle; Possibility of remote work; Integration into a solid and growing company; Participation in significant projects within the industrial sector; Dynamic and collaborative work environment. **Application:** If you believe you match this profile, please send your CV by email.
