Its offerings include business strategy, proposal and operational model design, performance optimization, marketing, information, and risk management. **Role Context:** Within Mastercard Advisors, the Client Training and Education (CTE) team is responsible for client training and onboarding across Mastercard’s platforms and services. This team maintains a leading eLearning platform incorporating cutting-edge technology and high-quality digital courses, delivering a comprehensive learning experience for clients. In addition, the team designs and delivers immersive in-person training programs aimed at supporting client onboarding and sharing best practices. **Responsibilities:** Contribute to the development of eLearning and in-person training programs for strategically important global enterprise clients; Gather information from multiple sources, organizing, analyzing, and converting it into effective visual presentations; Develop animations and other training materials and programs; Apply various graphic design and eLearning techniques to build lessons and learning resources; Plan, organize, and structure one’s own work to manage time and effort effectively while meeting project deadlines. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification; Primary education in Graphic Design, relevant coursework, or at least 3 years of relevant professional experience; Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic or motion design tools; Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; Knowledge of or experience with Synthesia, Articulate Storyline, or other eLearning authoring tools; Professional-level English proficiency; Portfolio, preferred but not mandatory. **Corporate Security Responsibility:** All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks carry inherent risk to the organization.
