Job Summary: We are seeking a Contract and Services Manager to join our team, responsible for cost control, budgeting, technical supervision, and client follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. Management of commercial relationships with clients upK, a Maintenance Management company with strong market presence in building maintenance for national and international clients, is looking for professionals to join its Contract and Services Management team based in Sacavém! Main Responsibilities: * Contract cost control; * Budget preparation; * Supervision of technical teams; * Client follow-up; * Service execution monitoring; * Communication with suppliers; * Performance report preparation. Requirements: * Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering; * Experience in building maintenance and knowledge of the market; * Team management capability; * Strong commercial relationship management with clients; * Valid driver’s license for light vehicles (mandatory).
