Mastercard Advisors, Mastercard’s professional services arm, delivers payment-focused consulting services to financial institutions and merchants worldwide. Its scope includes business strategy, proposal and operational model design, performance optimization, marketing, data and risk management. **Role Context:** Within Mastercard Advisors, the Client Training and Education (CTE) team is responsible for training and onboarding clients on Mastercard platforms and services. This team maintains a leading eLearning platform incorporating cutting-edge technology and high-quality digital courses, delivering a comprehensive learning experience to clients. In addition, the team designs and delivers in-person and immersive training programs to support client onboarding and convey best practices. **Responsibilities:** Contribute to the development of eLearning and virtual training programs for strategically important large global clients; Gather information from multiple sources, organizing, analyzing, and synthesizing data to develop effective training materials and programs; Apply various eLearning and virtual training techniques to build lessons and learning resources; Structure and prepare training courses and presentations; Present draft content to key stakeholders for review and feedback; Plan, organize, and structure one’s own work to manage time and effort effectively, adhering to budget and project deadlines; Extract knowledge and best practices from completed projects; Develop and share tools, methods, and best practices across projects; Build an internal network of contacts and relationships within Mastercard to support information gathering and training development. **Requirements:** Demonstrated consulting and training skills; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification; Advanced academic degree preferred; Professional-level English proficiency; Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; Strong professional presence and presentation skills; Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving abilities; Excellent project management skills; Ability to collaborate across multiple communication channels; Team-oriented mindset and proven ability to work with various organizational levels; Ability to operate in an intellectually rigorous, collaborative, and fast-paced environment. **Corporate Security Responsibility:** All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks carry inherent risk to the organization.
