Close collaboration with product, technology, and business teams Richemont is recruiting an Associate Business Analyst to join its Client & Market teams in Moscavide, under a hybrid work model. Richemont is one of the world’s leading luxury groups, comprising several Maisons specializing in jewelry, watchmaking, and high-end accessories. This role will be essential in bridging business stakeholders and technical teams, translating strategic objectives into clear, detailed, and actionable requirements to support global digital experiences and e\-commerce platforms. **Responsibilities:** Lead refinement of the product backlog, ensuring well-structured, prioritized user stories with detailed functional requirements; Define clear and actionable acceptance criteria; Ensure adherence to requirement quality standards, including Acceptance Criteria, User Story Mapping, and Definition of Ready; Support the development team with clear business requirements and functional specifications; Identify opportunities for product or workflow improvement based on data and market analysis; Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Tech Team Leads regarding features, dependencies, and MVP requirements; Support release planning and timelines; Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams; Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications—and vice\-versa; Identify and resolve functional blockers, scope gaps, and inconsistencies in business logic; Participate in cross-team alignment forums to identify upstream and downstream functional dependencies; Support preparation of business cases, product roadmaps, and requirement alignment documentation. **Requirements:** More than 3 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in software development environments; Knowledge of business analysis practices within Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies; Familiarity with modern software delivery techniques such as BDD, ATDD, and User Story Mapping; Experience with requirements management and Agile collaboration tools; Basic knowledge of Release Management, software product lifecycle, and feature deployment; Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business teams at all levels; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; Experience in fast-paced, distributed, and demanding environments; Strong team spirit; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Project Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Fluency in English. **Preferred Qualifications:** Knowledge of XP or SAFe; Experience with JIRA and Confluence; Technical background, particularly in database design or API integrations; Previous experience as a Software Engineer; Experience in Product Management or Project Management; Experience in large-scale global e\-commerce projects; Certification in Business Analysis or Project Management; Knowledge of French or other languages. **Offer:** Integration into an internationally renowned luxury-sector group; Participation in global digital projects related to e\-commerce and online experiences; Close collaboration with product, technology, and business teams; A dynamic, international work environment oriented toward Agile methodologies; Opportunity to contribute to scalable, secure, and reliable platforms used by Richemont’s Maisons.
