Opportunity for professional growth and development SV Organic, Lda., an agricultural company located in Paradas, A dos Cunhados, municipality of Torres Vedras, is currently recruiting a Tractor Operator / Multi-skilled Agricultural Worker to join its team. Main Responsibilities Driving and operating tractors and associated agricultural implements; Supporting soil preparation and maintenance; Installing, collecting, and organizing irrigation hoses and systems; Supporting various stages of agricultural production; Cleaning, organizing, and maintaining workspaces and equipment; Performing other tasks inherent to agricultural activities, according to the farm’s needs. Required Profile Proven experience driving tractors is mandatory, along with presentation of the corresponding driver’s license and relevant training in tractor driving and operation; Experience in agricultural work is advantageous (experience in all tasks is not mandatory, provided there is willingness to learn and work); Sense of responsibility, regular attendance, and punctuality; Ability to work effectively in a team; Careful handling of machinery, equipment, and materials.
