An environment of continuous learning We are looking for a **Proposal and Public Tender Specialist** to join our team and support the company’s growth by identifying and managing opportunities in national and international tenders and funding programs. ##### **Key Responsibilities** * Identify and analyze public tender opportunities and funding application processes; * Coordinate and prepare technical and financial proposals in collaboration with engineering teams and other internal departments; * Manage the entire application process, including gathering and organizing required documentation; * Ensure proposal submissions meet defined deadlines and requirements; * Monitor projects post-award, ensuring administrative, technical, and financial follow-up; * Track project execution, financial progress, and deliverable completion until final delivery to the client; * Liaise with partners, funding agencies, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. ##### **Requirements** * Experience in preparing and managing proposals for public tenders or funding applications; * Knowledge of application processes and funding programs, preferably in an international context (outside Portugal); * Strong financial analysis skills and ability to develop project budgets; * High level of organization, planning, and attention to detail; * Fluent English (mandatory); * Excellent coordination and communication skills within multidisciplinary teams; * Prior experience with European program applications and in innovation, technology, or engineering environments is desirable. ##### **Benefits and Career Opportunities** * Health insurance; * Meal allowance (€10.20 paid via card); * Annual bonus; * Stable employment contract; * Integration into a multidisciplinary and innovative team; * Opportunities for professional development and growth in an environment of continuous learning. ##### **We Value Diversity** We promote equal opportunities and diversity, encouraging all qualified individuals to apply.
