Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end business and regulatory projects within Finance transformation, focusing on implementing accounting layer solutions and driving efficiency. Collaborate with international stakeholders to drive project consistency. **Description du poste** **We're looking for a Project Manager** to lead end\-to\-end business and regulatory projects within a Finance transformation environment, ensuring the delivery of solutions that meet business and Finance requirements. In this role, you will contribute to strategic transformation initiatives, support the implementation of a harmonized Finance operating model, and participate in migration projects across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. You will work closely with international stakeholders to drive consistency, efficiency, and high\-quality project delivery. The position focuses on the implementation of accounting layer solutions designed to integrate data from multiple General Ledgers into a single target Finance platform. You will be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to testing, validation, and user acceptance. Key Responsibilities * Lead and support the delivery of Finance transformation and regulatory projects. * Ensure accounting mappings comply with defined standards and reporting requirements, including Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Credit Risk, and Liquidity reporting. * Drive continuous improvement of Finance solutions across regions, ensuring alignment with global standards. * Understand project and programme objectives and ensure business and user requirements are accurately captured and documented. * Conduct feasibility assessments, evaluate impacts, and define target solutions. * Define and implement appropriate testing strategies based on project scope and complexity. * Design test cases and coordinate testing activities. * Review and validate test results through detailed analysis of accounting entries and reporting outputs. * Perform and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) validation on behalf of Finance users. * Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross\-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery. **Profil** **Technical skills:** * Business School or Engineering Master’s degree completed * Experience in project activity is a plus * Experience in banking sector and/or audit/accounting or consulting or management control will be appreciated * Knowledge in IFRS and Regulatory principles and norms \& Knowledge of financial Information Systems * Office pack (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Power BI) : proficient * Data Analysis tools (Business Objects) : proficient **Languages** * English ➔ Mastery * French ➔ Practice **Soft Skills:** * Ability to manage a project * Analytical Ability * Ability to develop and adapt a process * Ability to manage / facilitate a meeting, seminar, committee, training… **À propos d'Inetum** Inetum is a **European leader in digital services**, supporting organizations as they navigate continuous technological change and accelerate their digital transformation.
