Continuously improving subject matter expertise **Location:** Oeiras, Portugal **Security Clearance:** NATO Secret **Reference No:** RFQ C004694 / Oeiras **Deadline for application:** 23/04/2026 **Skills, knowledge, experience required:** * At least 5 years of recent experience providing training on highly technical subjects to both non\-technical personnel and technical specialists; * Demonstrable practical experience in the operation, testing, and maintenance of modern Information System Core Services; * Experience with Directory, Identity, and Access Management across multiple interconnected and federated Active Directory domains and forests. **Desirable:** * Working in a NATO Deployable CIS (DCIS) deployed exercise or operation environments, or equivalent experience. **Duties/role:** * Delivering role\-based (operational or managerial) and/or technical training and learning solutions to adult learners to improve job performance in accordance with NATO policy, guidance, and standards; * Developing, adapting, and maintaining course and learning solutions while continuously improving subject matter expertise. **Additional information:** If you are interested, for further information, please contact the point of contact for this offer.
