Organize, safeguard, and maintain all files, records, cash, and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures. Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information. Manage accurate electronic spreadsheets containing financial and accounting data. Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data using journals, ledgers, and computers to edit and maintain financial records. Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, audit, or payroll reports and forms. Perform designated period-end closing procedures and reporting. Create, review, reconcile, and issue invoices, bills, and account statements. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Ensure uniforms and personal appearance are clean and professional. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets. Protect guest and colleague privacy and security. Respond to guest service needs professionally, proactively, and promptly. Communicate clearly and professionally with others; prepare and proofread written materials accurately and thoroughly; respond to telephone calls and emails with proper etiquette. Lift, carry, move, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Build and maintain positive relationships with other employees and support the team in achieving common goals. Listen to other employees' concerns and respond appropriately. Preferred Qualifications Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Related Work Experience: At least one year of related work experience.
