Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive receptionist to ensure fast, efficient, and friendly service, delivering a complete experience to our customers. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for career advancement within the largest Portuguese restaurant group WHAT YOU WILL DO Greet and seat our customers, ensuring fast, efficient, and friendly service; Perform suggestive selling by recommending products and enhancing the overall customer experience (where applicable); Maintain and clean the premises, ensuring everything is organized and immaculate; Carry out all tasks inherent to the role, including mise-en-place, preparations, and bar organization; Strictly comply with HACCP standards, ensuring high levels of food hygiene and safety. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Previous experience in this role (preferred but not mandatory); Good command of English and other languages; Proficiency in Portuguese (a preferred qualification); Residence in the Lisbon area (a preferred qualification); Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to excellence in service; Team-oriented mindset, thriving in a collaborative and dynamic environment; Passion for customer interaction, ensuring warm and professional service; Energy, proactivity, and resilience under stress; Availability and flexibility for rotating shifts.
