Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Manager for Mel Studio, responsible for customer service, stock management, cash handling, product quality control, and overall store management. Outstanding communication and customer service skills **Mel Studio** is a jewelry and accessories brand with 4 stores located in central Lisbon, currently one of the leading references in its field with excellent daily sales volume. We are looking for a **Store Manager** with the following responsibilities: * **Assist** the **sales team** in **customer service** \- must deliver excellent service and comply with Mel Studio standards; * Support all daily operations, including stock management, cash control, product quality control, and store cleaning; * Store management. **Requirements** * English fluency (**mandatory**); * Proven experience as a sales assistant in retail; * Outstanding communication and customer service skills; * Strong willingness to learn and grow. **Additional Details:** * Location: Lisbon; * Schedule \- 40 hours/week (rotating shifts); * Base monthly salary between €1,000 and €1,100 depending on experience; * \+ commission per service performed (permanent jewellery \+ charm bar) * \+ sales commission * \+ salary review every 6 months * Significant internal discounts * Great potential for career growth within the company Job Type: Full-time Compensation: €1,100.00 \- €1,300.00 per month Benefits: * Internet access * Commercial discounts Experience: * Sales: 3 years (Mandatory) Language: * Fluent English?
