Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and responsible professional to manage reservations, check-ins/check-outs, communicate with guests, and organize breakfasts at a local accommodation. Main Responsibilities: - Guest check-ins and check-outs; - Reservation management and communication with guests; - Organization of two breakfasts; - Resolution of minor day-to-day situations independently and courteously. Working Hours: - Some weekdays will include night shifts; - Weekend shifts will be daytime. Required Profile: - Friendly, communicative, and well-groomed individual; - Dynamic, proactive, and organized; - Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality; - Ability to interact easily with guests from different nationalities; - English language proficiency (other languages are an asset); - Ability to work autonomously; - Experience in hospitality/tourism is valued.
