Dynamic environment with operational management challenges We are looking for a candidate for the position of Manager/Assistant Manager with the following profile: Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in the foodservice industry, preferably in leadership or supervisory roles; Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate teams; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Initiative, proactivity, and problem-solving ability; Organizational skills and stress resilience in a dynamic environment; Strong customer orientation and focus on service quality; Professional appearance and demeanor; Sense of responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. Responsibilities: Welcoming, assisting, and serving customers to ensure an outstanding experience; Coordinating and supervising the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service operations; Scheduling shifts, supporting roster management, and monitoring team performance; Managing orders and controlling service quality delivered to customers; Maintaining constant coordination with kitchen and pastry teams to ensure service efficiency; Supporting operational management of the venue (dining room organization, hygiene, compliance with regulations); Resolving customer-related issues professionally and empathetically; Assisting management in implementing procedures and continuously improving service. Conditions: Full-time employment – 8 hours per day; 2 days off per week; Integration into a dynamic team; Competitive remuneration commensurate with the role and demonstrated experience; €1100 – €1300
