Opportunity to assume roles with greater responsibility in the medium term Junior Electrical Engineer (m/f) – Integration into Construction Teams Location: On-site – predominantly at construction sites Employment Type: Full-time Who We Are Looking For We seek a Junior Electrical Engineer with solid technical knowledge in electricity who wishes to advance along a practical and technical coordination path within construction projects. The candidate will join electrical teams in real construction-site environments, focusing on execution in accordance with design specifications, compliance with RTIEBT regulations, and progressive development toward technical coordination and management responsibilities. _____________________________________________________________________ Required Profile * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering * Practical experience in the field of electricity (preferred) * Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings * Basic knowledge of RTIEBT regulations and relevant legal frameworks * Critical thinking and attention to detail * Organizational skills and ability to supervise teams * Willingness to work on-site, predominantly at construction sites _____________________________________________________________________ Responsibilities (Initial Phase) * Reading and analysis of electrical drawings * Verification of on-site compliance with design specifications and RTIEBT * Technical support to electrician teams * Monitoring of measurements and execution control * Identification of non-conformities and proposals for corrective action _____________________________________________________________________ Expected Career Progression (Technical Advancement) The objective is to train the candidate for: 1. Technical coordination on construction sites 2. Technical management of construction projects 3. Preparation of cost estimates and quantity take-offs 4. Sizing of electrical installations 5.
