Main Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise all kitchen operations; * Ensure meal preparation and distribution according to defined quality standards; * Strictly comply with HACCP, hygiene, and food safety regulations; * Organize work schedules and manage the kitchen team; * Monitor stock levels, orders, and storage of raw materials; * Monitor adherence to prescribed diets and specific nutritional requirements of patients; * Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment; * Implement waste control measures and cost optimization; * Collaborate with various departments within the unit to ensure efficient, high-quality service; * Promote continuous training and team development. Required Profile * Minimum 5 years’ experience as Chef, Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager; * Experience in team management; * Training in HACCP and Food Safety; * Knowledge of stock management and cost control; * Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and leadership; * Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities; * Sensitivity to working in healthcare and wellness environments; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Availability and flexibility regarding working hours.
