We’re looking for someone passionate about customer service to join our team! Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming and guiding customers with a smile and positive energy. Presenting the menu, recommending dishes and beverages (including those irresistible suggestions no one can resist). Entering orders into the POS system and ensuring they reach the kitchen/bar accurately. Serving meals and beverages efficiently and elegantly. Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper presentation of the dining area and tables. What we’re looking for in you: Prior experience in this role (valued but not mandatory—if you have the right attitude, we’ll train you!). Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for interacting with the public. Fluency in Portuguese (English proficiency is a strong advantage). Team spirit, punctuality, and sense of responsibility. Ability to work under pressure (especially during peak service hours).
