Prospecting and development of new business opportunities Commercial Technician Job Description **Job Description** Commercial Technician for the Industrial Area, to join the Southern region team. The selected professional will be responsible for managing the industrial customer portfolio as well as supporting and developing the regional distributor network, ensuring sustainable business growth and service excellence. **Key Responsibilities** * Proactive management of existing customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and sales growth. * Support and oversight of the regional distributor network, ensuring commercial alignment and achievement of defined objectives. * Prospecting, identification, and development of new business opportunities in the industrial sector. * Preparation of commercial proposals, contract negotiation, and follow-up through to closure. * Direct reporting to the Commercial Management team, ensuring attainment of key performance indicators. Job Requirements **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields. * Proven commercial experience, preferably within the industrial sector. * Proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written). * Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and organizational ability. * Dynamic profile, results-oriented, with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Southern region.
