Job Summary: This role focuses on managing the Non-Performing Loans (NPL) – Unsecured – portfolio, with emphasis on amicable recovery of outstanding amounts to achieve strategic objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Manage NPL portfolio and recover amounts amicably 2. Communicate and negotiate with clients for payment solutions 3. Be part of a senior debt/credit recovery team The purpose of this role is to manage the Non-Performing Loans (NPL) – Unsecured – portfolio, with particular focus on amicable recovery of outstanding amounts, aiming to fulfill the company’s strategic goals and plans. Key Accountabilities \& Responsibilities * Analyze and manage an NPL portfolio by applying the internally defined strategy to recover outstanding amounts; * Communicate with clients or other parties to recover outstanding debts; * Review and structure repayment plans; * Update the status of various accounts in the company’s internal system; * Manage all communications with clients; * Support and assist in *due diligence* for potential acquisitions; * Prepare reports to support business performance/productivity. **Person specification****:** * Minimum 12th grade education; Bachelor’s degree preferred; * You will join a senior debt/credit recovery team: prior experience in credit recovery is mandatory; * Experience in managing NPL – *Non\-Performing Loans*. **Competencies** People are always our top priority; therefore, it is essential to build client relationships based on honesty, empathy, and respect; * Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills, proactively seeking optimal solutions and effectively handling objections; * Possess organizational, prioritization, project management, and goal-oriented capabilities; * Skilled at building interpersonal relationships and working effectively within a team; * Proficiency in and understanding of the English language; * User-level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
