




Job Summary: We are seeking a Security Advisor to coordinate and supervise security, manage access control, and support accessibility for persons with disabilities at sports and corporate events. Currently, we are looking for a **Security Advisor (M/F)** to join the **Directorate of Operations, Infrastructure and Technology**. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Conduct risk assessments and coordinate security in accordance with directives from immediate superiors, leveraging security personnel (or Stadium Assistant Officers) and respective security equipment (CCTV, SADI, Access Control System, fire extinguishers, AEDs); \- Assist the Security Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising all security actions and procedures for all matches; \- Supervise access control for individuals conducted by the security company, as well as vehicle access into Sporting CP facilities; \- Assume the role of Accessibility Officer for Persons with Disabilities (RAD) whenever required, applying the accessibility strategy and/or activity plan, implementing procedures and policies within the Stadium and any Club facility to ensure the Club fulfills its obligations toward persons with disabilities; \- Propose and promote training for all Sporting Clube de Portugal employees to raise awareness about accessibility; \- Support respective management in supervising the training and activities of operational staff enrolled in the External Automatic Defibrillation (AED) program, as well as ensuring proper maintenance of related equipment; \- Supervise service providers’ activities within Sporting CP facilities; \- Supervise all security measures and access controls necessary for the smooth execution of various sports and corporate events held at Sporting CP facilities. **Profile:** \- Certified qualification as Security Director or Advanced Training in APCVD (mandatory requirement); \- Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in the relevant function/field (preferred); \- Experience in private security and other safe & security domains; \- Dynamic profile with customer orientation, ability to work effectively in teams, and focus on problem-solving.
