Job Summary: Noesis is seeking a professional to provide technical and application support for the OutSystems platform, ensuring stability and performance optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Performance optimization and SQL queries **Description:** ---------------- Noesis is looking for the following profile: **Main Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Provide technical and application support for the OutSystems platform, ensuring application stability, availability, and proper functionality * Diagnose and resolve technical incidents and issues * Continuously monitor and optimize OutSystems application performance * Participate in integrating OutSystems applications with external services, particularly through APIs and microservice architectures * Collaborate in analyzing and consuming REST/SOAP services, ensuring correct system-to-system communication * Create, analyze, and optimize SQL queries, as well as work with Oracle databases, ensuring data efficiency and integrity * Support error, exception, and log analysis, contributing to continuous solution improvement. Preferred Qualifications: * Solid experience with OutSystems (application support) * Knowledge of service-oriented architectures (SOA) and microservices * Experience integrating applications via APIs * Strong SQL and Oracle database knowledge * Troubleshooting ability, critical analysis skills, and problem-resolution orientation * Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in team environments. **Requirements:** * Experience with OutSystems Traditional and Reactive * Strong SQL and Oracle database knowledge * Understanding of the three-tier OutSystems architecture (end\-user, core, and foundation) * Error, exception, and log analysis * Ability to read and interpret code * Understanding of differences between Traditional and Reactive applications Preferred: * Knowledge of ITIL and ServiceNow; * Familiarity with microservice-based architectures; * Knowledge of Docker and containers; * Experience in monitoring and observability; If you meet these criteria and wish to join an innovative organization that continuously invests in developing its talent, send\-us your application. **Join us.
