**Description:** ---------------- * Elaboration of lists of types and quantities of materials or other construction elements for the purpose of procurement and budgeting; * Organization of budgets considering the volume of materials, labor, and required services; * Preparation of Errors and Omissions reports; * Preparation of requests for clarifications; * Measurement of works and/or contracts and preparation of measurement records; * Coordination and verification of design documents across various specialties; * Preparation of technical drawings and their adaptation for construction execution; * Contribute to the implementation of Quality, Safety, and Environmental policies. **Requirements:** ----------------- * 12th grade education and a technical course in Civil Construction (preferable); * Minimum of 5 years of experience in Civil Construction, particularly in structures, finishes, and special installations; * Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel (mandatory) and knowledge of Revit (preferable); * Ability to read and interpret construction designs from various disciplines; * Organizational and planning skills; * Team spirit.
