Development of communication and organizational skills We are looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring service quality and the satisfaction of all establishment visitors. Responsibilities: Greet and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner. Present the menu and clarify questions regarding dishes and beverages. Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accurate transmission to the kitchen/bar. Serve meals and beverages according to house standards. Prepare and organize tables before, during, and after service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Process payments when required. Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient service. Requirements: Minimum age of 18 years. Completed secondary education. At least 1 year of relevant work experience. Strong communication skills and aptitude for customer service. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. Professional personal appearance. Flexible availability (weekends, holidays). Fluency in English and/or French. We Offer: Stable schedule with two rotating days off per week. Competitive salary commensurate with role and experience.
