We seek someone who has: Proven experience in parrilla or charcoal grilling. Knowledge of various cuts of meat and their respective cooking doneness levels. Organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. A strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and willingness to grow. Good English language skills to communicate with customers and team members whenever necessary. What We Offer: Integration into a new, ambitious, and distinctive project in Lisbon. Kitchen equipped with a high-end parrilla (grill). Employment contract. Split working hours: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM and 6:00 PM–10:30 PM\. Fixed day off on Sundays and rotating half-night shifts during the week.
