We are looking for an IT Recruiter to support the attraction and selection of professionals in IT, Telecommunications, and Engineering. **Responsibilities** * **Talent Acquisition:** Identify, attract, and manage a pipeline of highly qualified talent, focusing on strategic and specialized roles. * **Stakeholder Engagement:** Collaborate closely with Business Managers to ensure a clear understanding of recruitment needs. **Requirements** * Experience in recruitment, preferably within corporate or consulting environments. * Proficiency in **talent attraction strategies** and recruitment tools. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor market trends. * Results-oriented mindset. * Proactive and autonomous function management. **Experience Level** * Junior Recruiter \- up to 2 years of experience * IT Recruiter \- 2 to 4 years of experience * Senior Recruiter \- 5 to 8 years of experience **Salary Package and Benefits:** * Junior Recruiter \- €1,200 \+ Meal Allowance \+ Business Incentives and Active Benefits * IT Recruiter \- €1,350–€1,450 \+ Meal Allowance \+ Business Incentives and Active Benefits * Senior Recruiter \- €1,650–€2,000 \+ Meal Allowance \+ Business Incentives and Active Benefits Compensation: €1,200.00–€2,000.00 per month Benefits: * Meal card/ticket * Commercial discounts * Health insurance * Company mobile phone Work Location: Hybrid remote work in Lisbon
