




Job Summary: We are seeking a Financial Assistant to support the company’s administrative and financial functions, joining a solid enterprise specializing in energy solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Will assist in issuing and verifying invoices and bank reconciliations. 2. Will collaborate in organizing and archiving accounting documentation. 3. Will support the certified accountant and salary statement preparation. **Powersil** is a company specialized in integrated energy solutions through generator sets, part of the Himoinsa Group—one of the world’s leading brands in power generation. We are seeking a **Financial Assistant** to support the company’s administrative and financial functions. **Main Responsibilities:** * Issuing and verifying invoices; * Supporting bank reconciliations, customer and supplier accounts, and inventory; * Organizing and archiving accounting documentation; * Supporting the certified accountant; * Assisting in preparing statements for payroll processing; * Recording personnel expenses; * Supporting preparation of documentation for monthly and/or annual financial closing. **Required Profile** * Minimum education: 12th grade; preferably a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics or Management; * Experience in administrative/financial roles (preferred); * Proficiency in Excel; * Accuracy, organization, and sense of responsibility; * Teamwork skills. **We Offer** * Integration into a stable company; * Initial training; * Health insurance; * Compensation commensurate with experience. **Application** Interested candidates should send their CV to **recrutamento@powersil.pt**, with the subject line: *Application – Financial Assistant*.
