Our programme is uniquely designed to develop skilled professionals with a deep understanding of all phases of large\-scale construction projects, providing graduates with exposure to the complete construction process. **About the Role** We are seeking enthusiastic **Graduate Mechanical Engineers** to join our teams in Dublin, Germany, Portugal, Italy \& Finland. You will and gain hands\-on experience in the design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical systems on large\-scale projects. This role offers exposure to all aspects of mechanical engineering within the construction industry, including HVAC, piping, and building services.. **Responsibilities** * Assist in planning and coordination of mechanical works on site. * Review and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and specifications. * Support site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with standards. * Liaise with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical queries. * Ensure compliance with health \& safety regulations and mechanical codes. * Maintain accurate documentation, including test reports and quality records. * Assist in commissioning activities and troubleshooting mechanical systems. * Contribute to risk assessments and method statements for mechanical works. **Requirements*** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline. * Knowledge of mechanical systems and building services. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or mechanical design software is an advantage. * Commitment to health \& safety and quality standards. **Benefits** * Mentorship from experienced professionals * Exposure to working on large\-scale data centre projects * A collaborative and supportive work culture * Opportunity to build a strong foundation for your engineering career ***Winthrop Technologies Ltd. is an equal opportunities employer***
