Summary: Support the launch, management, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across various platforms, monitor performance, conduct research, and assist in creative development. Work closely with design and content teams ROLE: Support the launch, management, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms. Monitor campaign performance by tracking KPIs (CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.) and assist in preparing dashboards and reports to support data\-driven decisions. Conduct market, competitor, and keyword research to identify new opportunities and enhance advertising strategies. Work closely with the design and content teams to assist in the creation and testing of creatives, ad copy, and landing pages for different channels and audiences. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science, or a related field (preferred). Previous experience or knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Amazon Ads (minimum 2 years). Passion for digital marketing and a strong desire to develop in performance marketing. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Fluent in Portuguese with good command of English. Team player with an autonomous, proactive, and responsible attitude. Strong organizational skills.
