To embrace this challenge, you need: * At least 2 years of experience in front desk or front office supervision, preferably in luxury hospitality; * Proven ability to lead teams and manage shifts; * Solid knowledge of check-in/check-out, billing, reservation management, and upselling; * Fluency in English (mandatory) and preferably proficiency in Host PMS; * Availability for flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays; * A collaborative attitude, clear communication, and strong teamwork spirit.
