Close mentoring and continuous development **Description:** ---------------- **Are you looking for a solid company in Project Management, Business Analysis, and Agile Transformation?** **PPM Coachers**, with 17 years of market experience, provides training, consulting, and team augmentation services, supporting organizations in defining operational models, continuous improvement, and agile transformation. **Why PPM Coachers?** * Participation in high-impact strategic projects. * Opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and within digital evolution contexts. * Close mentoring, continuous development, and integration into an experienced, excellence-oriented team. **PPM Coachers is recruiting for the role of Production IT Support On Site!** **Join an international team, assuming a key role in supporting and optimizing IT systems within an industrial environment, ensuring operational continuity and stability on the shop floor.** * Ensure daily operation of production environment applications, guaranteeing operational continuity * Configure and adapt standard solutions to local needs while maintaining alignment with global standards * Support implementation of new equipment and new products in collaboration with production and engineering teams * Train users on MES system usage * Monitor production systems, including servers, Docker-based microservices, and interfaces * Ensure monitoring and maintenance of backup processes, guaranteeing data integrity and recoverability * Manage production environment incidents, performing diagnosis, resolution, and stakeholder communication * Coordinate releases, upgrades, and changes in alignment with global IT teams * Support integration and stability of production devices and industrial systems * Work with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Zabbix or equivalents) * Use ITSM and ticket management tools (ServiceNow, Jira or similar) * Work with version control systems (Git) * Work with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, MongoDB), including data extraction and analysis * Support data platforms and reporting tools, including Power BI and Databricks (preferred) * Collaborate in industrial (OT) environments, including sensors and technologies such as MQTT, OPC Router or similar * Contribute to continuous improvement of IT systems, processes, and operations * **Requirements:** ----------------- * Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Support or Production IT, preferably in an industrial environment * Experience with Windows Server systems and desktop environments * Knowledge of databases (SQL Server and/or MongoDB) * Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Zabbix or similar) * Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira or similar) * Knowledge of Docker and/or Kubernetes (preferred) * Experience with scripting and automation (Python preferred) * Knowledge of MES systems and IT/OT integration (preferred) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to operate in critical, high-pressure environments * Good communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams * Proactive, autonomous, solution-oriented profile * **Proficiency in English (mandatory).** * **Availability for on\-call duties and occasional travel.** * **Permanent residency in Portugal and valid documentation permitting work in the country.** **Work location:** Lisbon **Work model:** Hybrid (2 days/week) \- Flexible
