Job Summary: We are seeking a Contract and Services Manager to supervise technical teams, manage client and supplier relationships, and oversee service execution. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities: * Contract cost control; * Budget preparation; * Supervision of technical teams; * Client follow-up; * Service execution control; * Communication with suppliers; * Performance report preparation. Requirements: * Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering; * Experience in building maintenance and market knowledge; * Team management capability; * Strong commercial client relationship management skills; * Valid driver's license for light vehicles (mandatory).
