Join us in an informal luxury culture project that—more than ever today—must prioritize authenticity, connection to the local community, and environmental awareness. **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** We are looking for a Waiter/Waitress 2nd Class to join our Food \& Beverage team! **WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?** \- Maintain high standards of quality and speed in guest service; \- Record customer orders and execute them according to service sequence and established procedures; \- Prepare mise-en-place for tables, sideboards, and service support areas; \- Fully understand and be thoroughly familiar with all menu items; \- Comply with HACCP regulations; \- Ensure outlet areas remain organized and clean at all times. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** \- CET in Restaurant and Beverage Management and/or specialization in Hospitality; \- Proficiency in Portuguese and English is mandatory. \- Minimum two years of relevant experience; \- Flexibility regarding working hours; \- Attention to detail and precision; \- Customer-oriented mindset and commitment to excellence in service; \- Upselling capability; \- Friendliness and empathy in customer interactions. **CONDITIONS** \- Integration into an informal luxury project; \- Attractive remuneration package commensurate with the role’s requirements; \- Health insurance; \- Navegante Pass benefit; \- Sales incentive bonus; \- Comprehensive benefits and incentive plan applicable to all employees.
