Exposure to senior leadership The Strategic Project Manager will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for driving, planning, managing, and completing high\-impact strategic projects across the organization. The role requires close collaboration with different business areas, as well as coordination with external consultants and relevant stakeholders whenever necessary. ROLE: Investigate, evaluate, and address key organizational challenges across departments; Lead the planning, execution, and completion of strategic business initiatives; Partner with department managers and the executive leadership team to ensure strategic alignment; Generate insightful analyses to support business strategy development; Effectively manage project schedules, budgets, and available resources; Contribute to the definition and execution of the company's strategic priorities. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is highly valued; Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management, consultancy, business strategy, or a comparable role; Excellent strategic reasoning and analytical skills with proven problem\-solving capabilities; Comfortable working in a fast\-moving environment while handling multiple initiatives simultaneously; Leadership profile with the ability to collaborate cross\-functionally and work autonomously.
