We are a multidisciplinary team with a strong commitment to service and close collaboration, both within the project and with our clients.** **Key Responsibilities** * Lead MEP delivery across the full project lifecycle, including design, procurement, construction, commissioning and operational handover. * Act as the primary interface between clients, contractors, consultants and specialist vendors. * Drive programme, cost, quality, safety and performance objectives throughout the project. * Manage testing, commissioning, Integrated Systems Testing (IST) and operational readiness activities. * Oversee project governance, risk management, change control and stakeholder reporting. * Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting project success and business growth opportunities. **Qualifications** * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline. * Proven experience delivering hyperscale, colocation or mission\-critical data centre projects. * Strong technical understanding of mechanical and/or electrical building services systems. * Experience managing MEP design, construction, testing, commissioning and handover activities. * Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, programme management and risk management. * Professional engineering membership or chartered status (or currently working towards it) is advantageous. * Excellent stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills. * Ability to operate effectively in complex, fast\-paced construction environments. * Languages: Portuguese (fluent); English (Advanced). **Location** * Sines, Portugal (site presence required).
