Promotes equal opportunities and recognizes diversity Delnext is seeking a Project \& Procurement Manager to join the Operations team, contributing to the organization’s growth through the implementation of new projects, development of strategic partnerships, and continuous improvement of logistical efficiency. We seek an analytical, results-driven professional with strong negotiation skills, capable of autonomously managing projects and supporting operational process improvements. ROLE Coordinate the implementation of new strategic projects within the organization; Identify, analyze, and negotiate with national and international partners; Manage procurement processes, ensuring favorable commercial and operational terms; Support the operations team in analyzing and optimizing logistics processes; Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient project execution; Ensure adherence to deadlines, objectives, and defined criteria for each initiative. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or a related field (preferred); Professional experience in project management, procurement, operations, or similar functions; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI (preferred); Strong analytical ability and ease in handling data and metrics; Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing suppliers and partner entities; Organized, autonomous, and results-oriented profile; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; English language proficiency is considered an asset.
