Join our team and help us make an even bigger contribution to Grünenthal’s future. **What the job looks like:****Each day, you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:** Prepare, maintain and continuously improve recurrent performance reports for Global Procurement \& ESO and key stakeholders; Develop, automate, maintain and continuously improve Procurement performance dashboards and reports using Power BI; Perform ad\-hoc analyses on spend, sourcing performance, savings,, maverick spend, and other key procurement metrics to support business decision\-making; Monitor, validate, and improve procurement data quality to ensure accurate reporting and reliable business insights, using specific IT tools (e.g. SpendScape); Collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, Controlling, IT, and external partners to align reporting requirements and support analytical process improvements. **What you’ll bring to the table:** To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have Degree preferably in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related fields; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, experience with Power Query, Alteryx, or Think\-cell are a plus; Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools; Experience with SAP MM and BW, and in a Procurement area are a plus; High degree of self\-initiative, autonomy and analytical capabilities; Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, technologies and processes; Fluent in English.
