Currently, we are expanding our team by hiring a Workplace Technician to be assigned to our client. Your responsibilities will include: \- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment (computers, printers, mobile devices); \- User support for hardware- and software-related issues; \- Management and maintenance of collaboration tools and remote work platforms; \- Infrastructure monitoring and incident resolution; \- Ensuring system and device security and updates; \- Documentation of procedures, configurations, and incidents; \- Coordination with IT teams for continuous improvements; \- Participation in the implementation of new technological solutions. What we expect from you: \- Academic background in Information Technologies; \- Experience in similar roles; \- Solid knowledge of hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and networks; \- Experience with collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace); \- English language proficiency; \- Proactivity, dynamism, and strong communication skills; \- Ability to collaborate effectively and thrive in a team environment; \- Results-oriented mindset.
